Foot pain

My feet always hurt with nerve pain but lately ive been having severe pain on the outside side of my heel.......feels like the muscle and tendon are torn and comes and goes......anyon??

That is most likely Bartonella, due to the severity of the pain. I have that exact feeling in my left heel, caused by Bartonella. I also get what feels like a railroad spike that goes about 3 inches into my left heel at times too. Thieve's oil surprised me and has helped a ton! I just use two drops on each foot and the foot pain goes away for a period of time. When I'm regular to use it for 3 days in a row, I get about 4 days of relief from the railroad spike in my heel feeling. I've been experimenting!! But it will be time to get serious about it next week, after my Mom goes back home.

Are you in treatment for Bart?

My other pains include one-sided middle and low back pain side of face teeth pain growing pain depression muscle twitching eye twitching not sleeping well at night and night sweats...

Id would say i felt good for 3 or 4 months....seems like my syntoms have come back even more this time!!

I glad you're getting back into treatment. Hope your relapse is short lived.

Please make sure you stay in treatment well past the point of feeling well (2 months is suggested)

I also do the oils on my feet. I put them in a base of coconut oil and slater feet right before going to sleep. I swear it helps all things Lyme.

Really hot epsom salt foot baths help too. I put cilantro tincture in for cleansing but go low because I herxed so bad he first time I did this - I put in an entire dropper thinking 'it's just my feet'

I wonder if it would be okay to put the Cilantro in a full Epsom salt bath.
