my lower back was awful before Lyme. I threw it out a couple times and spent a few days on the couch. Learned some stretches in PT that, as long as i did them every day, it kept the pain away for the most part.
With Lyme, it started migrating between lower, middle back and shoulders. Never consistent enough to be an actual injury. My bottom goes numb when sitting sometimes (though with treatment that's getting better). Driving long distances DEFINITIELY makes me feel worse. If i'm a passenger, Im practically laying down or slouched in some weird position.
The bad part is, I can't do my PT stretches anymore, or it actually puts me in MORE pain a day later. Mostly when I'm down on my knees.
