I start most things as a tincture - drops are just easier to start at low doses. I started with 2 drops and have worked my way up to 1/4 tsp twice a day now. That's all I needed to get not only my tinnitus down, but to have a lot of other nerves healing as well in my feet, hands, around my mouth (didn't realize I had it there!) as well as other places around my body. They are not all gone, but greatly reduced.. I know that I will have to get further into treatment to stop the damage from being done before I can rely solely on the lion's mane to work to heal the myelin sheath everywhere.
Traveller, I am interested in the lions main you talked about
