Laura - I'm so sorry the situation isn't improving..for your sister.

And you must be beyond tired at this point...
I know all too well the frustration and worry you are experiencing ....it is mentally and physically draining.

I pray something good happens....your family is in my thoughts.

Girlie and Persiankitty-

thanks so much for the support. Our last hope is getting Vistaril--the withdrawal has created physical and emotional symptoms that are simply no longer bearable for my sister. This doesn't surprise me, as I've read lots of horror stories over at benzobuddies, and those are from normal IQ people with normal coping skills, which my sister simply does not have.

Girlie--I hope your father was able to heal from these benzos

Also, as if our lives aren't hellish enough, my father has an infected leg and might have to go to the hospital. Honestly, I don't think we are going to survive this year.

Geez, LauraJK! It just keeps coming for your family, doesn't it. I'm so very sorry!!
