Very weird but when I laugh very hard I become somewhat weak, fatigued, and achey. It happens right after I laugh extremely hard I just get tired and fatigued after.
Anybody else have this happen to them?

Hi Tick41 -
That is unusual. Hopefully someone else will also have experienced this and can share info.
I never had issues laughing, but when my babs acts up I have trouble talking w/out coughing - something about
the exhaling process triggers my throat to tighten up or something.
You might be describing a lack of oxygen getting to your brain or heart when you laugh or change how you breathe. I'd watch it closely and if this gets worse or broader in definition I'd talk w/ your MD ASAP.

Tick41. This has happened to me especially when I first got sick. I would be resting, enjoying conversation, laugh really hard and then feel suddenly tired ache get short of breath and my heart would pound. I attributed them to autonomic dysfunction because at the time I was having POTS like symptoms, heart palps, dizziness and exercise intolerance. Unfortunately I still have a lot of those symptoms but they have faded a bit when I laugh or talk a lot.
When it happens I feel like all the nervous system hormones get released at once and then suddenly there aren't enough left and I crash.
It stinks because we all need a good laugh now and then!!

I can't speak on this because the last time I laughed was in 1992!

Makes sense. Laughing is exercise. Today I walked half a block and almost fell over.

So laughter is not the best medicine?
