All,

I thought I posted this earlier - maybe I accidentally deleted it?

Trying to decide if NEXT I should proceed with Samsura Herbs biofilm buster and then all-in-one Buhner powder OR do Dr. Sarah Jernigan's lyme protocol. I bought the Samsura Buhner powder BEFORE I knew about Dr. Jernigan.

Currently doing parasite removal protocol (black walnut, cloves, artimisinen), to be completed May 26.

Since some of you have had substantial success with Dr. Jernigan's protocol, I'm wondering if that would be the best decision, since I would love to achieve more functionality sooner if possible.

I'm going to add Designs for Health silvercillin in a few days (recommended by Dr. Nicholas Hedberg).

Currently I'm on my own. Diagnosed with Hashi's 2001.
Currently taking daily: fulvic acid; 7 drops cryptolepsis throughout day; four Schizandra Adrenal tabs, split doses; four True Focus amino acid caps, split doses; 6 spirulina tabs, split doses; sublingual B12 and B1; 600 mg. magnesium; nutritional yeast for B vitamins; D3; kelp; AND just added Lion's Mane (after reading Traveler's experiences with it.)

BTW, I DO DETOX - Epsom salt baths, Epsom salt foot soaks, pinella/burbur drops, lemon water

I think it comes down to preferences and what will work with your body. I like the Jernigan's products, and have used a few, although right now, I'm using the Samsura herbs - but I'm only using the individual herbs. I didn't realize they had an "all in one" product!! Thank you for that tidbit! Maybe once I'm up on full doses, I'll switch over to that.

Once I'm up on high enough doses, I do love that their herbs are so concentrated! I'm taking less finally!!! LOL!

Sounds as if Dr. Jernigan will answer questions in-depth if you buy her products, would you say that is correct?

What if I bought Dr. Jernigan's Neuro Formula and added that to the Samsura powder?

The thing I am MOST concerned about at the moment is the neuro aspect - brain fog, unclear thinking, etc.

That's my understanding, but I have never called them myself, so I can't confirm that.

I think that the Neuro detox would be fine to add to any protocol - any of their detoxing products should be fine to add to most any protocol - as long as the person doesn't have an allergy to one of the ingredients.

Since things like brain fog are most concerning to you, you should consider some of Buhner's suggestions, and keep the detoxing a top priority, in my opinion.
