Hi,
I have severe light sensitivity to indoor lighting and certain car headlights at night (sunshine doesn't bother me except I have to really squint) Fluorescent and bright LED lights are the worst and when I am under them my brain fog increases, my head hurts, my eye floaters increase, I see green aura, I get chills going up and down my arms and legs and my equilibrium feels really off...they really mess me up and this is probably my worst symptom of Lyme/Batonella (my other really bad symptom is brain fog).
I have had this illness for years and was finally diagnosed in Dec 2016. I began treatment two and a half months ago and am trying the herbal route. I am taking Japanese Knotweed & Houtuynnia tinctures plus BLT. I also get weekly ozone IVs and take a lot of supplements and eat very clean.
My physically symptoms are improving a lot. Most of my pain is gone besides occasional aches and pains in my legs and neck and I have noticeably more energy. My neuro symptoms, however, are not improving at all and even my doctor seems a bit puzzled to why these aren't improving.
Is this normal to have neuro symptoms taking longer to improve or should I be concerned? Has anyone else had light sensitivity like this and if yes, how long did it take to start seeing improvements? Also, how long does it take to start seeing improvement with brain fog?
Thanks,
Kelly
