Trying to see how I fit in with others

Twitching, mostly legs some you can see others fell like having a party under skin at times.
Burning, feet, legs and other areas
Weakness, shake when I do pushups

I'll list past and present:

- anxiety - 90% better - only hits me sometimes in early morning with sweating.
- bouts of depression - GONE
- short term memory - 70% better
- executive function - 50% better
- overwhelmed easily - 50% better
- confusion - 90% better
- twitching - 98% better
- vibrations
- shivers - i think they're worse now
- feeling like warm water running down my shins - GONE
- numbness/tingline/soreness left jaw area - GONE
- 'tinglies' on the back of my head 98% BETTER
- nerve pain - various areas
- muscle weakness - 80 % BETTER
- tremors - GONE
- pots - 50% BETTER
- urinary urgency - GONE
- pressure in head (behind the eyes) - 50% BETTER (COMES AND GOES)


Oh my - that's a long list and I'm sure I've forgotten some.


edited: After reading ChickenArise's , I remembered about the head pressure.

EDIT # 2 - adding info on whether they're still with me.

I borrowed girlies list and added to it because it was easier.

I have had anxiety for many years so I don't count this.

- bouts of depression: very short lived as I catch it and redirect thoughts towards gratitude

- short term memory: used to be a major issue is occasionally a minor one so I keep lists updated which promotes a sense of accomplishment when reflecting on the items crossed off.

- confusion and brain fog are gone but I remember not being able to do simple math

- twitching has improved and is occasional

- vibrations: happened only 3 times and it has been a while

'tingles' - less frequent but can still happen anywhere anytime.

- localized itch. Nerve twitch in similar areas.

- The crawls that I once thought were mites was all neuro but this has calmed and downgraded to tingles.

- spontaneous stinging has lessened but still feels like a nerve is being 'tapped' or gets a numb feeling or a hair feels like its stimulated. Often in same tiny follicle locations which tells me nerve damage is likely. Sometimes it feels like some insect landed on me and there is nothing there.

- muscle wasting is a big problem as I reduce protein intake for kidneys sake.

- nerve pain from epidydimal cyst flare up and to some extent pelvic area soreness in multiple spots to various degrees. Improvement but still there.

- tremors - often Kratom induced in my case.

- Pots - heart has skipped a beat, does not happen often

- urinary urgency - I pee all day long every 30 minutes.

head pressure in spots as big as my thumbprint which used to be ice pick headaches so this I surmise is improving.

- Occasional headache still happens above the right eye at times and can last up to 3 days and can be various levels of pain.

- Eye irritation the feeling of extra dry eyes and sometimes foreign object sensaion but 100 times better than they once were.

- Spine nerve pain and compression. Might as well throw in the inflammation of back muscles

- Minor burning sensation that comes and goes.

- GI tract pain in 2 locations one being far left flank and the other 3 inches left of the belly button.
- soreness in calves, sides of feet, legs

- knee joint pain

- last but not least, lung pain which is interpreted by my brain so is it neuro?

I have the same list as Girlie, except thankfully never had the tremors.

Another one for me to add is speech problems and they persist, when I am tired (which is most of the time) my speech is 'lispy' where I can't pronounce my 's' properly and a bit slurred. This happens daily and almost always in the evening after I have eaten - my voice sounds very strange.

Heavy numbness in arms and legs 100% gone

Eye twitching 100% gone
Feet(walking on glass pain)100% gone
Electric current/buzzing 100% gone
Skin on hands tingling like ice feeling/wet feeling 100 % gone

Passing out/closing in on head feeling 100% gone
Vision issues, foggy/black curtain coming down 100% gone
Extreme heat flushes in head/neck 99% gone

Nuero left: Crawling sensations 80% gone
Itching sensations 90 % gone
Biting sensations 99% gone
Behind ears thumping(different than heartbeat)99% gone
Fear/depression 95% gone
Brain fog 90% gone
Muscle twitching 98% gone

Savings going gone but worth it to get better

Oh, yes you do. Maybe I still have some confusion also, or maybe brain fog. I forget.

Ha..What? oh never mind........

THEN:
bad headaches (top, sides, base of skull, behind eyes)
nystagmus in left eye
ocular migraines (eye buzzes)
chest pains
heart palpitations
extreme pressure/discomfort in head
muscle twitches (abdomen, lips, eyelids)
difficulty swallowing
chest fullness
sensitivity to chemical smells (chemical high)
sensitivity to lights/sounds
loss of sensation of taste
weird smells (rotting meat, smoke)
anxiety (afraid to fall asleep, afraid to drive and be alone)
breathing problems
nausea
fatigue
visual problems (seeing shadows or shapes to the side of my field of vision, text bombardment)
dizzy/light headedness (constant)
feelings of hypoglycemia (as if I haven't eaten anything and about to pass out)
restless feet and legs
bursts of anger/rage
tingling in fingers (light I was touching electricity)
stiff/tight neck
loss of appetite
loss of sex drive
coughing (to the point of throwing up)
blurry vision


NOW:
occasional ocular migraine (once or twice a month)
ghost images ('burned' images in my eyes after looking at a light or bright object)
light headed (not as intense as before)
dizzy (not as intense) could be disguised as lightheaded
temporary partial blindness in left eye (happened twice) lasts for about 10-15 seconds
occasional heart palpitations and migrating chest pains (not as sharp or intense as before)
possible costocondritis (learned something new yesterday)
weird sensations in my head/brain before falling asleep (as if 'waves' are moving throughout my head)
occasional headache (sometimes dull, sometimes sharp but not as intense as before)
probably a few more that come and go but I think I listed everything


I had Babesia and Bartonella and still dealing with Lyme
