Have a question about
chlorella. I'm waiting on LLMD to get my test results back, and she wanted me to start some new supplements. She suggested Chlorella at 1000mg four times daily.
Anyone use this dosage? I took one pill yesterday and had nausea and an increase in anxiety about
5 minutes after taking it. I had some slight cramping yesterday evening and today I've had a couple of episodes of yellow/green stools (sorry for the gross info). All in all, I've not been great since taking it.
Anyone have a similar experience?
Thanks for any info!

Denver - I don't know the mg but I'm taking the recommended dose on the bottle and starting slow. I take everything slow. I have had no ill effects. Just feel better, actually, but I've also taken chlorella for years for air travel radiation.
I wanted to comment on the anxiety. I have it too, but lately, I've been doing well by telling myself, "Anxiety is fear over something that hasn't happened." I tell it to myself over and over and it seems to be helping. If all else fails, CBD oil. Chlorella is pretty harmless and it WILL change your stool color...it's dragging out all kinds of stuff. Try tapering back the dosage and see how you feel. Peppermint tea is good for nausea and so is Alka-Seltzer Gold.
Good luck. Post your results!

That's a high dosage for starting. I would suggest staying with one pill for 3-5 days and gradually adding in 1 additional pill a day. If at anytime you are uncomfortable, back down. The purpose is to move toxins, and heavy metals out so yes, you are going to feel it, this another reason for going slowly.
Also typically cilantro is recommended with the chlorella.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll cut back to a smaller dosage tomorrow and pick up some cilantro for a side dish!! Luckily, I love cilantro.
10LymeB - thank you for the anxiety advice. It's so bad that I feel like my brain is running 24 /7 right now, and fear has taken over my daily life. I've got to get this under control.

L-theanine is good for the racing mind. Works on GABA the mellow/calming neurotransmitter.

I have read that it is...and also that it isn't.

I started by taking 15 pills/day. I know that's high but it never affected me negatively

Hmmmm. Didn't know about
the mercury fillings issue. I do have two mercury fillings. Used to have three, but one was removed a long time ago. May have to do some research......Thanks for bringing that up.
Keri pet - thanks for the l-theanine suggestion!
