I have used it for awhile and I have used Zyflamend also.
I have osteoarthritis and am always looking for ibuprofen substitutes.
Plus I love anything that helps with lactic acid burn after I overdo.
They work and are pricey and I tend to use them for awhile and then go back to eating pineapples and papaya more frequently. I so dislike taking pills. For years I was taking 20-30 pills a day. I now eat my way there instead of a pill. Just my personal preference.
Anti-inflammatory foods: blueberries, bok choy, celery, beets and beet juice, broccoli, salmon, bone broth, walnuts, coconut oil, flax, chia seeds, turmeric and ginger.
My latest fun thing is - You know those slices of pickled ginger you get with Japanese food? I put a couple of those on our dinner plate. You can make your own or buy it in a jar. Yummm
