Hello all again!
I have beeb incorporating probiotics into my diet as best as I can. I typically have kombucha tea or yogurt- if I can handle the extra inflammation from dairy that day. Dairy doesn't really give me too many problems, I do notice gluten effects me significantly more.
Epsom baths are also helping
I am not taking a gut binder or buster for biofilms; haven't heard of these before though I feel like my doc is gonna work one in once we start treating the Bart and any other co's. I also think she plans on bumping me up to 400mgs very soon.
I have been reducing inflammation with turmeric when needed. Perhaps I should try that today with dinner.
also def need to watch for calcium foods with doxy, wasn't aware of this. Thanks to all very much!
