I'm going to be buying lion's mane today due to the recommendation for neural regrowth in Buhner's new book. Anyone have a favorite brand?

I got mine in capsules at my local health food store - brand is Host Defense. It is also available on Amazon.

Thanks PeteZa. And that was the brand I was looking at. I'm an amazon prime addict - so helpful when you don't have the energy to go to a bunch of different stores.

I purchased mine from Amazon it is Host Defense. That company is from Paul Stamets company, he is an excellent Mycologist, knows his mushrooms. Good Youtube videos by him. So I trust the quality of his products. I used some prior turkey tail for breast cancer, now am starting the Lions Mane for the neuropathy in my legs which has developed over the last few months.

I like the liquid by Host Defense. Easier than capsules for me

I started out on Host Defense Lion's mane, and when I tolerated their product well and needed to up my dosage, I switched over to Samsara herbs, as their product is a concentrated powder. It's working pretty well too.

My LLMD recommends Montana Farmacy brand. I think it may be available on Amazon (I'm a prime addict too).
Also wanted to add that I Herxed pretty badly on it. So a tincture may be better to start out, as you can more easily regulate the dose.

I'm getting mine from Sagewoman herbs. 150 gelatin caps size 00. 285 mg. Take 1-2 caps 3 times daily.
Just started them the first of this month, first 1 cap a day, still on 1 cap 2x day. No herxing yet. Didn't expect to, but always want to be cautious.
