Dr. Rawl Vital Plan Protocol

Hey All,

Curious if anyone here has tried the Dr. Bill Rawls protocol. His vital plan mix is a bit pricey (around $300 for a month supply). Seems like you could get individual herbs from Green Dragon Botanicals for much cheaper.

If you have tried it and are seeing results, about how long did it take before you started to see symptom improvement?

There are over 100 reviews on his website for these supplements and not 1 of them is bad, which seems to good to be true. Like to believe this guy is honest, but there is always some new face showing up promising this community the next miracle drug.

I took a quick look at the Restore Kit and my concerns would be that you're not able to start one herb at a time.
Each bottle has several herbs in it.

Also...is there a 'kit' for the co-infections?

I started with the suggested core protocol, which I believe is similar to the Buhner protocol, and also taking suggests herbs for stress/adrenal support. about six weeks in along with improved diet but have had no change in symptoms

I started about 6 weeks ago. I have noticed improvement. I am giving it the entire summer Before I make any real judgement. You do, however get great member care. I get encouraging emails informational newsletters everyday. There are checkpoints where they send you a survey you fill out that will mark your progress. I've gone up 10 per cent.

The kit has basic Lyme protocol, mitochondria repair, quality multi vitamin formulated for Lyme and adrenal recovery. At the recommended dose you are taking 24 capsules a day. 3 from each bottle twice a day. I found that this protocol includes everything that has been recommended to me in the past all in one place. I had so many bottles, lots of on line ordering and no member-care help if I had a question. And btw, I take his probiotic too. I noticed a difference right away.
I get a discount for commiting to reorder (since I promised myself I'd be consistent for three months). I get all that for under 300.

I think it's a good deal. I was buying: NAC, skull cap, ala/alc, vitamin D and c, magnesium, cats claw, JP, andrographis, probiotic etc and driving myself insane trying to remember it all and when to order and stay consistent. This makes it easy and has all this stuff and more!

I will let you know how I do after a good 90 days. But so far I like it.

I know!! And I went through those bottle of tinctures so quickly!! not to mention trying to down the JK and Cats claw when I bought in bulk. I would always run out of Andrographis and try to find a store that carried it! this has simplified my life - which is a good investment and has kept me consistent. I take the right amount at the same time and I do not forget to something. I am especially encouraged about the personal care you get. They have a facebook page for memebers as well. plus a chat on the website and more.

Have been on the Vital Plan since May 14. Started very slow as I've always been sensitive to medicines/herbs. So it has only been three weeks, but I'm not close to the recommended doses. The support people at Vital Plan are good with working with that and making suggestions.

Have felt better on some days, as some of you already know, and not so good on others, That is to be expected. The main problem I am having is with my stomach/digestion, so today a very helpful lady who takes phone calls for the plan told me to stop part of the program to see if that particular one may be causing problems.

Have had a couple of good days since starting this. Must say I do not have a lot of typical symptoms on this relapse most of you are experiencing. Mine center around anxiety, depression, tingling, skin breakouts, fatigue and some dizziness, at times. While it bothers me, I know things could be a lot worse.

It is too soon to know how well this will all work, but, as mentioned, I have felt some improvement. I believe even though I eat next to nothing trying to heal the gut, that is the area holding me back. Dr. Rawls, like others, believes the gut has to be good before healing can truly take place.

Just for the record, I have no business interests in the Vital Plan, and the only thing I have to gain is health. But I can tell you, like Purple Tulip mentioned, the support is excellent. With no current LLMD now, they are invaluable.

And as far as taking 24 pills, if you get to that dose, I find that task a pee in the ocean compared to all I have gone through with this. If I had to take 50 - no big deal.

bmoberg - That is great to hear. Mood is so critical and an area that can make a huge difference in getting better. Not sure if it is Japanese Knotweed making things worse on stomach, andropraphis or either.

Going to stop the Advanced Biotic for a few days to see if that will make any difference. I asked if the three other bottles would still treat borellia, bartonella and babesia, and was told yes. So we'll see.

Like all this, it's trial and error. Hope you keep posting on your progress. I believe in this, though I did get about 80% better once with Bicillin shots, collodial silver and protease.

Like the herb approach much better, though I'm hungry .

Any updates on this protocol?

Hello everyone!

I have now completed over 6 months on the Rawls plan and I am doing quite well. I had a busy summer and I have had many stressers since September I sold my house (downsized to an apt while the market is good) traveled to take care of my pre school grandgirlies, traveled to speak at a ladies conference and completed papers and oral exam for a course I was taking. My energy level has been good and I kept even. My joint issues are improved. In some ways I am much improved but think if I were only working on my health I’d be doing amazing.

I seriously doubt I would have able to do all I have accomplished without a crash, had I not been taking the “vital plan.” I am on my way to China (with my husbands Job, an opportunity I just couldn’t turn down!) and I made sure I had my supply arrive before I left. I look forward to a time of rest-eventually. But in the mean time, vital plan is enabling me to do life without saying no. I will, however, take time to rest soon!!

Wow, thanks for posting. Looks like there's hope for me. I'm still a newbie here and looking for treatment options... but first... proper diagnosis.
