Thyroid panel testing

Does anyone know of a state lab that has a thyroid panel that tests TS, T4, Reverse T3 and Reverse T4? I'm having issues finding a lab that offers the Reverse T4 test.

ResillienceR - I didn't know there was a Reverse T4 test.

Many times I order from directlabs, walkinlabs, or requestatest websites on which you can choose thyroid panels and/or thyroid antibodies. I think directlabs sends you to a local QUEST laboratory to get your blood drawn. Others may send you to Labcorp. Also, I don't think there is a reverse t4, only reverse t3.

As stated, there is no Reverse T4, only Reverse T3.
