I love this tool.
www.tiredoflyme.com/horowitz-lyme-msids-questionnaire.htmlYou can't of course use a questionnaire to ultimately know where you are at, but it sure can be helpful when it comes to steering you in the right direction, and then going back to it. Especially if you live in a region where medical professionals are lyme illiterate and one doesn't have the resources for a lyme literate Dr., even if one existed.
It was my initial score that convinced me I was on the right track and dug into a lyme protocol.
When I first took this quiz, my score was somewhere crazy, over 100, I thought I was dying. Today it was 43, and although not 100% symptom free, my life is back. If you score over 46, then Horowitz suggests consulting with your Dr. the possibility of having a tick borne infection.
Go team! Team meaning, this is the place I came to for support. I ebb and flow being in and out of here being of support to others. When I'm not, it just means my life work has me elsewhere.
In many ways, I owe my life to this community - somehow...
I think what I love about
this tool is that it is a reminder to me that lyme, in this moment, well - blood work isn't that reliable - being aware of ones symptoms is the key. One's body will tell you. I know I could improve in that area: awareness.
