I'm not an expert, but I'd been to 5 dentists in 3 countries to check 2 specific molars, which were testing ENERGETICALLY bad, infected, with cavitations by 2 ART practitioners, and they discovered both teeth INDEPENDENTLY.
I kept visiting dentists, here and there, because I did not want to do these cavitation surgeries. But the 2 ART practitioners kept bugging me: 'these 2 teeth must go out!, or you'll never heal from lyme¨!', they kept saying, for months and months....
After the 5th dentist, here in Switzerland, he concluded the same: 'I can't see anything bad with these 2 teeth, but if you would like them out, I'll do that for you". I was totally unsure what was there , under, as the bone showed OKAY in x-rays.
According to them!
So the surgeon made me sign a paper saying: 'I, his name, am NOT responsible if there's nothing wrong with the 2 molars I'm pulling out from .... (patient's name)"
It made me feel horrible, and I thought 'what am I doing?'
Well, my lyme doc was there too: both molars were horribly infected, WITH BONE LOSS.
But the bone TURNS into mushy tissue, so I SUPPOSE, the dentists cannot see any hole in Xrays!
that is my own explanation, based on my experience.
I took 7 dead teeth in total, there was NO SINGLE ONE that was free of infection. All had bone cavitations.
One of them, so bad that the dentist could not clean (he would have to take off my whole left cheekbone).
Aesthetically, and functionally, taking off teeth is bad. But letting those infections inside that were literally killing me (according to my lyme doc) was NO CHOICE in my case.
But note that I had always been weak, very very ill with lyme, so I think I'm one of the worst examples. I was in the end of my 30s when the 2 molars went out, and in the middle of my 40s, when the rest came out.
Maybe you guys are in better health condition than I was. I was my doctor's worst lyme patient, and literally almost died from lyme. So just think of me as the bottom line: in my situation, I have no choice than taking off dead teeth.....
But maybe you guys could treat with ozone, non-stop, for the time you are treating lyme?
When you actually SEE the mushy tissue, is that you finally believe. One tooth had literally a 'ball of infection' (I forgot the medical term: a literal white ball under the tooth, that is purely made of bacteria: the body encircles the bacteria in order to avoid its spreading, according to what I read later...) I googled the medical term that I forgot, that is how I understood what was that.
When the dentist pulled it with a small spoon, it came unharmed: it looked like a small white fruit!
You just wonder: what the hell is this doing under my tooth??
I wished there were more sensitive images of our jaws like an MRI scan.... It would make our decisions faster.
