more importantly, where are you in your treatment? what is the strategy?
In my opinion, when one starts treatment (late/chronic), I'd focus on reducing spiro load and fortifying/remodulating immune system first then gradually increase cyst/bio so that you break them up a little at a time, chipping away at them.
I've been in treatment almost a year, and just now started with enzymes for example. (was taking tindamax) and only had like a day long herx.
Then think about the treatment approach you (or your LLMD) is taking. is he fighting co-infections first?
if so, those are primarily red blood cell organisms (babs, bart) and biofilm is lyme related. so one wouldn't tackle bio or cyst until babs and bart are done (or almost done) etc just an example.
