Hello all,

I was wondering what are the ''best'' tests to order over at IGENEX?

There is a naturopath here in Montreal (Canada) that told me to minimally order 188, 189, 170, 275 but I feel like a lot of you guys are saying 188, 189 are enough.

Thoughts?

Igenex has recently changed the way it names the testing, so I'm not sure what tests you are referring to. They now use letters not numbers to designate their different tests on their website.

I do recognize that #188 and #189 are what used to be for the Western Blot - we suggest making sure that you order the Western Blot so that you can see what bands show up, rather than just a positive or negative result.

Can you tell us what 170 and 275 would be testing?

I would just do the 188 and 189 (WB IGM and IGG)


...unless you don't mind spending the extra $$

The 188 and 189 are the tests I did also.
