Burdock and milk thistle

What is the best way to take milk thistle and burdock? I have seen both of these in many forms including teas. Is one form better than the others? How is everyone else taking their's?

I agree w/ jm - I think as long as it's a high quality product, these two herbs are good in dried or tincture delivery. Organic is even better (Gaia sells organic).

For tinctures - the main suspension liquid can be either glycerine or alcohol. I prefer alcohol and after I add the tinctures to a little water, I let it all sit for a couple hours to let some of the alcohol evaporate. Some people can't tolerate the alcohol and prefer a different form. And some people don't like swallowing large capsules and prefer tinctures.
