Thanks so much, mpost. I always appreciate the information you share.

My doctor wondered if some of my digestive issues might be caused by H. Pylori, but the test he wanted to conduct called for me drinking a solution and then capturing a breath sample. I asked what was in the liquid, but no one could tell me, so I declined. I asked for the manufacturer of the test kit, went home, and Googled it. I found that the solution contained Aspartame - which triggers migraines for me.

Later, my doctor (he's an Osteopath) suggested I try the following:

H. Pylori Eradication Program

1. Gastromend-HP Capsules: Take 2 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach for 2-4 weeks. Kills bacteria.

2. PB-8 Probiotic: Take 2 capsules daily. Replenishes good bacteria.

3. Rhizinate (DGL): Chew 1 tablet 20 minutes before meals. Heals GI tract and protects stomach walls.

4. HCL with Pepsin: Keeps stomach pH at proper acidity to prevent overgrowth of H. Pylori.
