Does my protocol cover cyst form?

Worried my protocol doesn't cover all three forms of borrelia

I started on azitromycin and minocycline

Then azitromycin minocycline and malerone

Then azitromycin minocycline and rifampicin since I coukd handle malerone.

I take alpha lipoic acid, vit b Complex, Q10, mushroom extract, nac, glutathione, curcumin, resvertrol, zinc, vit c, Multivitamin and Probiotics.

I'm worried about cyst form. Am I covered or do I need to add something?

Dr.H says in his book "How can I better",

There are four separate treatments options to kill the cystic forms of Lyme disease....These include the use of three drugs :Plaquenil,Flagyl, and Tindamax as well as the nutraceutical grapefruit seed extract.

maybe stevia. (I've read conflicting information on that one lately)

So I treated lyme for three months with azitromycin and minocycline. I had three really bad symptoms at end of three months which were chills, air hunger and base of skull pain so my lyme doc suspected babesia and added in malerone.

As I struggled with malerone he put me on artimesia and wanted to cover bartonella with rifampicin. I couldn't handle rifampicin either so I stopped for couple weeks. I clearly don't detox well and it's continuous antibiotics not pulsed so it's clearly not working.

Was thinking starting again and treat borrelia with azitromycin and minocycline?

My lyme doc doesn't offer flag or tinazadol.

I can't afford to go to USA for lyme treatment which sucks as I know they are the best doctors. Better than Europe ones.

I can buy flag easy enough to add in maybe?

My doctor won't add them so I can just add them. What's the best dose?
