This is not part of a paleo diet, but my last boss had super high cholesterol and she got hers down eating oatmeal every morning for breakfast. She swore by it.
I am a huge fan of garlic and onions - I doubt if my friends are. I cannot tell you how much garlic helped me with lyme. I stunk to high heaven. My breath and my sweat, but by golly my gut was so healthy and so was my blood.
Now? Well, I feel healthy so I have really slacked off the garlic. I have a meeting tonight but tomorrow I think your post here as spurred me into getting back on the garlic.
I did not find the pill form very good at all. The real deal is what works for me. And it is like half the cost.
There are many that really like Allicin tablets. Why not try them first and see if you get results. If not, then go the stinkier way with me. We could form a club?
