What does Wobenzym's Do and any Digestive Enzyme Recommendations?

My LLMD just told me to take Wobenzyms and now I can't remember what for? I thought she said to help bust up biofilm but I may have confused it with something else.

My mind is completely gone. I was also told that digestive enzymes might help my stomach issues so I was wondering which ones most of you take or recommend?

Yes, Wobenzym is used for biofilm busting. But, it needs to be taken on an empty stomach or it acts as a digestive enzyme instead. So, not sure if it will be helpful at all for your stomach.


Lumbrokinase is a popular one (in the digestive enzyme category of biofilm busters)

On the bottle says " helps to maintain healthy joints, mobility, and flexibility. Temporary relief from everyday aches, pains, and muscle soreness. Speedy recovery following exertion".

It's no advil, but I stopped taking otc pain meds to heal my gut. I take the wobenzyme plus. It helps some with my musculoskeletal pain. It ain't cheap.
