Fungal die-off, chlorine

My LLND has had me taking a homeopathic treatment for yeast/fungus overgrowth. I happened to come down with a sinus infection just before I ran out of the homeopathic stuff and had to go a couple of days without before I got a new bottle. Monday evening, I resumed the homeopathic treatment. This morning, after a full day of being back on the homeopathic treatment, my sinus drainage had decreased significantly, and I have a strong chlorine odor in my sinuses. I assume that the sinus infection was fungal and that the chlorine odor is from the fungal die-off. Has anyone else noticed any chlorine odor related to fungal die-off?
