All of those state tick/lyme associations advise against the Mayo as they are CDC oriented regardless of their claims. Meaning, you need a bullseye rash, a positive cheap western blot or Elisa and you then get 2wks antibiotics. Maybe 4 at most. They go by what insurance accepts- which is the above.
That's my point - IDSA guidelines...not ILADS.
...and they most likely deny chronic lyme exists.
