I did a few lyme frequency sessions. I didn't feel too much. But then I did the bartonella sequences and it felt like I got hit by a freight train for about
5-7 days from that session. It was brutal and I was surprised as heck. I was not expecting such a monster herx (it drew out a lot of my older symptoms as well). I hadn't had a herx of that magnitude in a really long time. I had been a bit skeptical of the rife machine until that point but when I felt that herx it turned me into a believer.
I would try and take a few days off (even week) till you can regain some baseline and recover from the herx. Then restart but do shorter sessions and spread them out, ie do once a week if that is all you can manage now, or 2-3 times, whatever it is you can do without running yourself into the ground. Your tolerance should build and at that point you could start looking at increasing session length and session amounts. There is no shame in doing very short amounts if that is all that is tolerated initially. Of course for me my impatience tends to get the better of me! I try and mix up the frequencies, I can def tolerate a lot more at this point. I've been rifing for about
4-5 months now, I like it as an adjunct therapy for my case.
