Don't overdo, save your energy for the most important things.
Do one thing at a time, at your pace, slow is good.
Don't even try to do 2 things at once: it's loss of energy, and frustrating.
Save energy, really, your body needs that energy.
when you get better, you'll be able to multitask etc.
If you don't remember, it's not your fault. Keep positive, it's just the disease, not you.
Write most things would REALLY want to do in a small notebook.
If you read something and do not understand, forget about
it.
Do not force: it just brings frustration.
Writing does help, I think.
Once you feel you need to do something urgent, write it.
You can read the list in the morning, and do ONE thing from it, for example.
Complete the task before moving forward.
In my worst days, I don't remember much what I was doing to tell you the truth....
Avoid driving (it was dangerous for me, I even crashed the car once).
I would also avoid bad company, negative people, people that make you feel down, inferior, just because your brain is not working.
When my lyme was bad, I felt people sometimes could be real mean.
