Serrapeptase and Monolaurin

Anyone tried these two together to kill lyme? Serrapeptase is a biofilm buster and monolaurin to kill it off...I have read great things about both and may give them a try. I am currently taking MSM and Turmeric and that has helped with inflammation but I want to get rid of these buggers and get my energy back and interested in giving this serrapeptase/monolauring duo a try. Hoping to hear feedback from others...

I was taking serraptesse for awhile. I did notice effects from it. However, I was recently reading about it in Schaller's book on biofilm, and he seems to be neutral about this as a biofilm buster. He seems to suggest that there is not enough evidence from scientific research to prove that this is an effective biofilm buster. At least, that was my take-away from his description.

I've taken a fair bit of serrapeptase over the years, and have been taking monolaurin religiously for the past couple years. I found a review on Amazon under the inspired nutrition monolaurin that someone posted. They said when they stopped taking monolaurin they relapsed and so now they're on it for good.

yes i did try both. now im taking them again with antibiotics (zithromax+rifampin+mino). they dont work well alone. i take hi dose serrapetase 250000 IU on empty stomach (it does upset mine a bit) and monolaurin 400mg + 3 teaspons of coconut oil , plus artemisia 800mg...

i used to eat large amounts of coconut butter, one pound every two weeks, as food , that has a lot of monolaurin. if that would have worked do you think i would do triple intracellular antibiotic regimen now?

i have to admit the coconut butter saved my gut. so do take the monolaurin and may i advise eat a lot of coconut butter or oil ? it will help a lot with digestion. but it will not cure you, if that's what you were looking for ...

my gut is now healed and i can take antibiotics so far without major GI side effects. which was NOT the case 3 years ago when i took my first abx bombing squad of 6 months... that was TERRIBLE
