Large doses of Mg with Flax has solved nearly 30 years of chronic pain and inflammation in my back as long as I stay on high doses divided throughout the day (3500 mg plus external as needed).
Good to hear you are better!
You mean grinded flax seed and magnesium? How much do you take of those daily?Improved immensely would be a more appropriate label than better. I don't want to jinx it by implying that I am well.
Mostly Capsules of Flax seed oil (but I do enjoy the taste of ground flax). My dosing schedule is 2000mg every 4 hours with 500 mg of Mg. Before sleep I double the Mg as Girlie suggested.

Thank you, CA, for spreading these words of encouragement. Without this, many would give up and surcumb.
Thanks for the sentiment PK. Also I am happy for Astroman and all others here who are gaining improvement.
I dont know if things will ever be perfect but it feels good to knock down symptoms because there used to be so many. To get to a point where you have more answers than questions is priceless.
For those with more questions than answers hang in there and ask away. Tomorrow as well as this forum is not promised. Don't take it for granted. Don't let fear keep you on the outside just lurking and looking in. It is warm inside.
I have learned and grown so much from participating. Time and again I learned valuable options that I would not have considered on my own.
If I hadn't gotten sick and failed to interface with all of you, would I have accidentally near solved my quarter century long chronic pain issue?
I wish it wasn't disease that brought us together but I can count my blessings that it did. The gratitude surely trumps the feelings of "Why Me?"
You've all helped me accomplish healings without the assistance of doctors who have mostly failed me all of my life. How amazing is that?!
Now that the inflammation has been nearly eliminated I can focus more confidently about
healing the issues that remain and figure out why my body cannot retain magnesium and fix it.
You are all selfless as well as special and I can never thank you enough!
