My biggest symptoms besides severe anxiety is fatigue. I believe I have issues with my mitochondria. I have been reading about
different supplements such as phospholipids and NT Factor. I have also heard of a supplement called ATP Fuel. Has anyone taken these things and have they helped you? Other suggestions to strengthen mitochondria would be greatly appreciated!

I have been taking Stamina Caps from (biotics) per request from my holistic doc for my fatigue. And oh boy it has helped! all natural ways it gives you energy. Little wirey feeling on it at first but it subsides. Not sure it relates to mitochondria but it for sure relates to fatigue.
Worth giving a shot! hope this helps

COQ10, NADH, PQQ, P.C.
Worth noting though, it's very plausible that our mitochondrial problems are in fact an oxygen delivery issue which will present the same way as mitochindrial disease

ATP Fuel worked well for me.

Many things can cause fatigue and issues in the Kreb Cycle are often an issue for us along with mitochondrial dysfunction. B-12 issues are common as well. Lithium orotate helps protect mitochondria and 10mg two or three times a day may help. Anxiety often is a manifestation of aluminum accumulation because it can block key enzymes that catalyze the neurotransmitter pathway. One would think sleep, twitching, or problems with urination/defecation would coincide with this. I prefer Pectasol-C powder over the capsules and using it 3 times a day can help reduce metal levels.

Those with mitochondrial disease take a combination of supplements to support mitochondrial health. It's commonly called the "Mito Cocktail":
-Coenuzme Q10
-L-Carnitine
-B vitmains
-Thiamine (B1)
-Riboflavin (B2)
-Antioxidants
Here is more info from a Mito Organization: http://www.mitoaction.org/blog/mito-cocktail

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I will try ATP FUEL because it has all of those supplements in it!
