Sorry another milk thistle question

I don't see why not,many peple add their to cures to pomegranate juice.

Adding to the juice is fine...unless you're wanting to eliminate/greatly reduce intake of sugar (as Pirouette suggested)

But, it won't harm the herbs.

My personal opinion is to not add them to anything other than what Dr. Buhner recomends. He said pomegranate juice was okay and when he said this I knew he meant organic, no sugar added.

Orange juice has sugar. A smoothie has sugar.

I put my drops in a glass, added a splash of water and chugged. There were some herbs (can't remember which ones now) that I took at the end of my treatment, they made me give a shiver because the taste was yuckie, but hey... I did whatever it took to get well.

I guess mixing them in something with sugar is better then nothing. I have spit out my last 2 attempts and have been skipping it because of the taste :/ it's the sida acuta, it's horrible.

Correct I am not adding any sugar lol. Just natural sugars.

When you say alone - you mean in water, right? I put all my tinctures together in about 1/4 glass of water and drank it down all at once.

No wonder it's hard for you to take if you were just taking it straight. The alcohol is so strong!

They don't need to be in liquid, but they're easier to take that way IMO.

So, water, or juice...whatever you choose.
