Well here I am again, bringin up the rear (oops reminds me of my doctors colonoscopy threats),
I could not afford a nice FIR Sauna and with all the horrific GARBAGE materials China is trying to dump on us (and are being very successful in it too by the way), I didn't feel like I was missing much. So I bought a little portable Tent style sauna, set the temp to 150 degrees and hang on for 30 minutes or till I begin blacking out. Actually DID black out yesterday and since I do it alone with Trish at work, it was almost worse than scary but I am trying EVERYTHING I can. EVERYTHING!

So I am waiting to talk with him some more and consider buying that as well as a pair of Spooky 2 devices? Not sure yet but in addition to all these deals in the works I AM building a NIR Sauna since I can do that in the neighborhood of UNDER $200 and I will work with Trish helping me build it in the garage. We have new Latex mattresses coming Saturday and new wooden Log style headboard for 2 beds coming tomorrow as well to assemble then try to mount to 2 STEEL bed frames so gonna be a wild weekend!

Now if none of ALL this and this Paleo ONLY diet doen't KILL this Lyme? Well then the answer is simple! At the very LEAST, I will change course, hop into each and every ONE of these hot boxes, tents, beds etc, drink of couple bottles of my Tequila Trish THINKS she has hidden away and I will be one Hot hunk of burnin, well......burning SOMETHIN?

I will since I have a very large order of Tinctures I just had gotten from Hawaii but waiting till early Feb I think. I want to STICK with just a single thing as I ease back into the so called "normal" protocols. I also will be trimming my herbal protocol down to the "big 3 or 4"? Whatever those may be? I am leaning toward both of the Cat's claw with Japanese Knotweed and Andrographis. I also have a bunch of tinctures of CSA and Sida Acuta.

When I take all that back up again I will also have to finish off quite a lot of my old herb powders and such too. Once I use up all that it is just the main 3 or 4 tinctures only I think. Oh and I bought a ton of Red Root I think it is called? Have to look. I have just about forgot all this stuff in the past months since I left it all behind in Dec? I do not look forward to going back to it but need to use it all up at least. No worse, no better since I quit. Not sure I can get any worse? Having major problems with my eyes however so that may be related. NOTHING is a surprise anymore. NOTHING.

The first time I used the infra red sauna, I herxed terribly.
I am a pianist, and I could not even recognize a C chord. Horrible mushy brain.
Scared the death out of me…
But this cleared within a few days.

Maybe? But I have never been able to directly link anything specific that seemed in any way that I could "pinpoint" like I keep reading about? Other than all the weird complications I keep having from all of my surgeries. In my case it makes it tough due to so MANY different surgeries done all at the same time. Take 6 fusions, 2 surgeries for massive Seromas, a Mastectomy then while in recovery from these, I get Lyme? How the Hell did THAT happen is still just crazy since I was bed bound other than walks around my neighborhood in an area where Lyme had never been heard of. Just crazy...But Lyme showed in all my blood tests after first being told Fibro, no MS, not ALS, no "complex case" (code for who know's WE are lost) then the blood test showing Lyme.

After that, muscle wasting, vision problems, no longer able to walk, then even stand up and God only knows at THIS point since I just haven't the capability to think any longer much less remember. Memory for me is now, well, just a memory. Cept' I can't remember.....

Hello everybody,
I will be going to Germany for a Hyperthermia treatment.
Clinic St Georg, in southern Germany.
Hyperthermic treatment of 41,6 degrees.
The only clinic (that I know of) where they treat with such high temperature.
This is the temperature at which the bacteria dies : )
I am very much looking forward to it, and am very hopeful that they will be successful.

My treatment will start the first week of July 2017
I am waiting until our summer holidays start, so I have no stress at home and work (with kids etc)
In the mean time I am using these months to detox.
We have bought an infra red sauna for 890 euro's.
And for 10 days I have been sweating in there on a daily basis. Taking chlorella to assist detox.
I am amazed at how much better I already feel.
For those that can afford spending 890 euro's? Go! Seriously.
The pain and stiffness in my shoulder has improved quite a lot.
I am also much happier (forgot I used to be like that).
And to all you ladies out there: my cellulite has diminished quite significantly! Ah, I am not complaining.

So overall, a message from an optimistic woman ; )
