I haven't read through the whole thread, so not sure if it was mentioned. But, this is known as the Low carb/No carb Flu.
What you are aiming for is ketosis. It's when your body burns fat instead of carbs. It is much better for your body. The Keto Diet. It is anti-inflammatory. Many people's bodies, like mine, have a hard time making the switch from burning carbs to burning fat and they feel like complete garbage for a while. Others have little to no issue doing it. But, if you stick with it, it will get better.
Burning fat instead of carbs is much much better for you. It gives you an even energy throughout the day. Whereas burning carbs can spike your blood sugar and cause crashes throughout the day. This is why a lot of people feel like crashing around 2-3 pm in the afternoon. Their body processed all the carbs from lunch, spiked their blood sugar, and then they crash.
