Has anyone used a PEMF device? I've heard amazing things about it for pain. I've heard some of you talk about Rife therapy, is this the same?

I used the Bemer Mat PEMF and it did help with pain and an infected tooth. I use it at my doctor's office. They are pricey $6800 we don't have the money to spend so I just go if I have pain or something needing extra help healing.
