B12 and B minus supplements for Lyme?

Hello folks,

Was wondering if anyone is taking the above and if it is a good idea to help combat Lyme? I am 99% sure I have the Neuro version. Thursday I will be meeting with my LLMD to confirm. I should add I have been on Doxycycline for about 3 weeks now.

I do take Vitamin B12 and B6, they are now in my daily multi vitamin and I additionally take a B6 vitamin.

My llmd believes they are helpful for me per my bloodwork.


There are many supplements that are beneficial when fighting these infections. If you have access to the "Healing Lyme" 2nd edition book By Buhner he suggested many in his Lyme protocol.

When I first had neuro Lyme and co infections I did use many of his suggestions and I think they helped.

my dr has me on 10ml hydroxocobalamin (B12) intra muscular injections, 2 per week. when I can't make it to an appointment I pop a few tablets a day.

ya i use bee pollen in excess!!! for all b vits and aminos except b12 which i shoot up also
