I'm so sorry - poor thing.

I would do a few things -

Let the MD know about the diarrhea immediately and ask how to respond.

Since tomorrow is Sun and you won't be able to talk w/ MD until Mon at the earliest, continue what your doing with the probiotics.

Be sure to increase liquids - the diarrhea could be from the abx disrupting gut biome or the immune system's attempt to punt something from the tissues that shouldn't be there... but the more she has diarrhea, the more liquids she needs replaced.

I'd also give the abx a rest for a day or two hopefully the diarrhea will stop. And then you can resume.

Ask your MD about pulsing the abx - many of us are doing this - it's more common with chronic Lyme than for acute infections (which is what she has) but might be a better way to tolerate the abx.

There are also herbal protocols that other parents have given children successfully - hopefully others will be along to share their experiences with herbs.

Let us know how she's doing.

As P mentioned, dehydration is a big thing, especially with a young child. If you haven't already, something like Pedialyte is a good idea. And perhaps to be safe you should phone the on-call doctor?
