lyme disease ARMIN LAB advice needed

hello,

i received my results back today from Armin labs as far as I can tell everything is negative
I am so disheartened - I have every symptom of lyme- extreme weakness, sore achy knees, muscle twitching, brain fog, cold numb feet,chronic fatigue, sore throat and heart palpitations to name a few- i also remember receiving a bulls eye bite just over a year ago.
The only thing i can see that is a little abnormal is the CD57 which from my research should b above 200
7 CD57+ NK-cells (absolute) 178 /ul 100 - 360 [ ..*..... ]
The result of the CD57-cell count indicates no chronic
immune-suppression.

Borrelia-burgdorferi Full Antigen: Borrelia burgdorferi B31
reference strain (Borrelia burgdroferi sensu stricto)
Borrelia-burgdorferi Peptide-Mix: OspA from Borrelia b.

Please recognize that there were less lymphocytes for
stimulation in the EliSpot, the result of the current
activity can be higher (General T-cellular immune
deficiency? Virus infection with EBV, CMV, HSV1/2, VZV,
HHV6, Coxsackie-Virus?).

has anyone experienced a negative result from armin? Am i wasting my time pursuing this any further?
I have had so many tests done at this stage i dont know what direction to go in i was sure it was lyme i really dont know what to do- to add i had taken a week of doxy prior to the blood test , however i stopped 3 days before would this of been out of my system ??

people trated promptly have negative results. i saw a negative one from armin a relative of mine, he had all lyme tests negative and cd57 250.

but this was after aggresive abx treatment and he started immediately after a bulls eye rash. luckily our family learned the hard way what is a tick bite capable of ...

my lymespot is now 0/0/0 after 2.5 months of abx treatment. dr says it's good, i never had negative results, have around 7 lymespots over the years , started with +30 after herbals it dropped to 10 then 7 then 2 then 3 again and now it is 0.

dr says i still have it but in very low numbers and in full retreat....

no but they are at minimal levels. still have that feet pain when i wake up. dr doubled the rifampin dosage so i get 600 a day now. but dunno, maybe this is nerve pain from damage...

i dont have other symptoms. still get a bit dizzy 2h after my mino but that is not a lyme symptom is a side effect of mino, so...

Hi Tad, welcome.

As goshawk mentioned - your bullseye rash is diagnostic of Lyme disease.
I believe the Elispot relies on your immune system to respond - in order to get a positive result.
With Lyme and co's - our immune system is suppressed - especially if we've had it for a long time. So it can produce a false negative result.

I recommend you see a Lyme literate dr .

The petachaie could be from the coinfection - Babesia.
