Japanese knotweed capsules

If you're okay on the one capsule...then just continue with one a day for three or four days.

Then do one cap twice daily... stay at that dose for three or four days.

Then once cap three X daily....etc.

Are you going to take it 3 or 4 times per day?


After you're at one cap 3 or 4 X daily...then add one more cap to one of the dosage - so 2 caps a.m. 1 cap lunch, and 1 cap evening.....and after three or four days, and one more cap to the second dosage. - so 2 caps a.m. 2 caps lunch, 1 cap evening.

If at any time you herx...you can hold where you're at for a longer time until herx stops...or even back down to previous dosage.

How much you need - varies. I think I got to 4 caps 3 X daily....but I never herxed or improved on it.
That was before I started the antibiotic treatment. I think it was 2 1/2 months.

Okay - you're also adding in Cat's Claw.


I suggest that you get the JK in at low dosage - maybe 2 caps 3X daily and then add in the CC - again starting with one cap...and increasing slowly.


When you're taking both JK and CC at 2 caps 3X daily...then you can alternate increasing each one...slowly.


Reason - is they work synergistically and it's best to have them all in at low dose working together...instead of trying to get to a higher dose of one first....if that makes sense?

Thank you so much for ya'lls replys. I'm sorry I was mistaken the Japanese knotweed is 200mg capsules. And I will be seeing a Lyme literate doctor in January for the first time. The doctor that I'm seeing now put me on these two plus the silver. I hope that this can keep my lyme at Bay until January.

Get the book mentioned if you can. Add in the neuro herbs. Chinese skullcap and Chinese cats claw( in addition to the cats claw you are on... ) I think these are more protective and building for neuro brain health so less likely to cause herxes but I could be wrong...

There might be one more neuro herb remedy that bruhners uses but it slipped out my brain. And I had much help with those. Although my neuro wasn't as severe but bad enough.

And so far herbs have been great for me.

Also the andrographis for Lyme is almost essential .
Prob a coinfections in there and biofilm like nic said ...
I'd like to know what he would use for those as I'm branching out to reach those... I'll have to ask.

The most you will treat with this is Lyme itself. You won't really hit biofilms and you definitely wont hit babesia or bartonella. Most people will tell you Lyme rarely travels alone, which is true!! In order to hit mycoplasma, babesia, bartonella, or other coinfections you will have to take a few more herbs.

Buhners book called Healing Lyme is a GREAT book to start with.

JK and cats claw is a great start though! Like girlie mentioned, start low and slow and work your way up.

What symptoms are you having? Some symptoms raise flags for certain coinfections which can help you pinpoint certain herbs.
