DAY 21 - STARTED COLLAGEN PROTECTION
After speaking with my very knowledgeable friend about
the importance of gut health, I have decided to add in 200 mcg of Selenium and 1 tbsp of Gelatin Powder (Great Lakes brand) per day. This is two of the 3 recommended supplements in the Collagen Protection of the Core Protocol. I will also need to pick up some Vitamin C. I also added in 1g of glutamine per day. All of these will help immensely with gut health. I am close to being up to the amount of supplements I was taking last year when I tried the protocol. I am starting to notice that my head is getting more clear than before! My abs aren't paralyzed anymore! I would say they are now a 1 or 2 out of 10 down from an 8/10 earlier last week. My friend also has been telling me about
the necessity of getting a NEAR infrared sauna. Supposedly it denatures the proteins of the bacteria making them visible to our immune system. It doesn't kill the bacteria but instead alters its form to make it findable by our immune system to kill it. I will share more information about
this as it comes!
Here are all the supplements/herbs I am currently taking:
1. Japanese Knotweed - 1/2 tsp three times per day
2. Salvia Miltiorrhiza - 1/2 tsp three times per day
3. Scutellaria Baicalensis - 1/2 tsp three times per day
4. Ginkgo - 15 drops three times per day
5. Eleuthero - 15 drops three times per day
6. Inositol Powder - 1/4 tsp two times per day
7. Acetyl L-Carnitine - 500 mg two times per day
8. Glutamine - 1g per day
9. Great Lakes Gelatin Powder - 1 tbsp per day
10. Selenium - 200 mcg per day
I also try to drink at least 1 fresh green juice per day and use my rebounder for at least 10 minutes per day. I am starting to feel more clear headed today! It isn't much of an improvement but it IS an improvement! I'm starting to feel that I am beginning to make some progress!!! We can do this everyone! We CAN heal ourselves!
