Immune System Testing (IgG) while Having Lyme Disease

Hello all!

Does anyone know of a respectful Specialist near the Delaware County or Philadelphia city area that specializes in testing Immune function? Looking back at Spinal Tap test results from the University of Pennsylvania (3 years ago), I have low Immunoglobulin and had high level of proteins (above avg.).

I'm thinking having low Immunoglobulin may be why various tests for Lyme, Bartonella and Babesia are not showing in blood labs (antibodies). Bartonella showed via Urine PCR.

High level of proteins in spinal fluid is a sign of Lyme or ALS, which I know is Lyme and of course our wonderful Mainstream medical practitioners use the unreliable Western Blot test even though I had high proteins.

I had asked my current LLMD to test my immune system and he told me that he does not know how.

If anyone has Specialist names and or specific tests for me to have done would be great! In addition, being I have low Immunoglobulin, would me continuing my Low Dose Immunotherapy be a problem? I didn’t have a reaction to my 1st dose and not taking the next one yet.
