Would lions mane help with other nerve issues - dizziness, almost falling over, not being able to write neatly, etc?
It may help some, but the dizziness and almost falling over sounds more like autonomic nervous system issues, not an issue with demyelinated nerves.
This article should help you understand a bit more:

Do you think something like this might be helpful for such things?
/retrainingthebrain.comSome of the Success Stories are pretty wild.
The Dude I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about
this, so while it's not something I "recommend", I surely don't discourage others from trying it, if they have a mind to. The thing is, we have a bacterial infection, so many of these issues may not be able to be helped until that is at least under control - and that alone may "fix" the issues.
For me, it's not that my brain needs help(although it does), but even if my brain were working completely normally, I would still have demyelinated nerves, so 'retraining' my brain, won't fix that.
Back to the same old thing - it all depends on what is actually causing it.
