Actually, each binder will have better binding ability for different toxins. If they are saying you need zeolight, then I'd ask what I'm trying to use it for (binding to what toxin?), and then if they are correct in their suggestions (I assume they would be, on the other hand I don't like to leave those things open), take what they are suggesting.
From a book I was reading, by Dr. Neil Nathan:
Ochratoxins appear to be bound best by cholestyramine, welchol and activated charcoal.
Aflatoxins are best bound by activated charcoal and bentonite clay.
Tricothecenes are best bound by activated charcoal and possibly others.
Chlorella may be useful, but the medical literature is limited.
There is no clear data on gliotoxins yet, but bentonite clay and Saccharomyces bouldardii may be helpful.
This is one Dr's opinions, but it may be helpful.
