Hello everyone! This is my first post here although I have been scrolling through this forum for awhile.

Today I had my first consult with my naturopath and boy does it feel good to be taken seriously and listened to! I have seen countless doctors and specialist(like most of you) who have all told me from there POV I am "fine" "incredibly healthy" even. Then today while telling my naturopath only a 1/3 of my health journey/symptoms and she's pulling out the Armin testing kit! We went over the new diet that I am to start ASAP and supplements as well. To all of those just starting your lyme journey do not give up! There are people out there who believe you and who will listen and who will help. Thank you to all the lovely lymies on this page that have helped me get to this pivotal point, it means so much!

I know I have a long road ahead of me but I am celebrating this little victory, even if it's just with a round of scrabble in bed...who knew 4 letter words could be so hard haha.

So what diet and supplements did your naturopath suggest if you don't mind me asking ?
Was it sugar, dairy and gluten free?

I know what you're talking about although I am still missing such a doctor. I have had some in the past but they abandoned me or I abandoned them. (Don't get discouraged by this! I have plans to go abroad for treatment ASAP.)

I suppose your European too. I did my first Lyme tests through Armin labs in early 2016. I didn't know much about Lyme yet, I just knew it's something scary, not easy... didn't know what kind of an answer I want but now I am so thankful for that low CD57 count and borderline Borrelia result! For that has led me forward, for that has given me hope. And now in December I ordered tests from BCA and I was praising God when I saw only CLEARLY POSITIVE RESULTS on the paper! And a CD57 count even lower! Hooray, I got some answers!!

And now I'm trying to figure out what to do. No self treatment has been of any help...

Are you testing co-infections too?
