I am CBS mutation positive and can't do Epsom Salt Baths(Magnesium sulfate) due to suffer intolerance
Does anyone know other options for bath that would pull toxins out through the skin. I already dry brush
and steam showers seem to aggravate or lead to a herx

I personally enjoy FAR Infrared sauna for detox. FAR infrared doesn't heat you up via external temperature like traditional saunas do, but rather from your core temperature using infrared technology. I tolerate the sessions very well and they do make me feel better. I have one installed at my home.

I found this in the New to Lyme? thread:
Epsom Salts (the more the better)
Hydrogen Peroxide (bottles of them)
Ginger (fresh) 2 - 4 tablespoons wrapped in a cloth or tea ball (or nylon hose)
Mustard Powder
Cayenne Pepper
So maybe remove the epsom salts and it will still help.

Here's a list of several I found on the 'net'
/draxe.com/detox-bath-recipes/
I like the ones with the essential oils.
i add some essential oils to my epsom salt baths. Marjoram, lavender and helichrysum I use for my nerve pain.

I did an infrared sauna to stage a mold test for 30 minutes and herxed that night. Too afraid to do the sauna again. The very first time a did one was 15-20 minutes and I didn't sleep that night!

I suggest you do warm water - NOT hot.
The goal is to make you feel better..not worse.
And at first just stay in the bath for a few minutes...and then you can increase your time for your next bath.

I don't tolerate magnesium so I can't do epsom salt either. I use sea salt and sea weed instead, and essential oils dissolved in castile soap.

Few drops tea tree oil, eucalyptus, thyme oil.
Baking soda, or sea salt
Use a fresh washcloth daily and scrubb your skin head to toe,
Alternate with cold plunges
