Do you all have a graveyard of supplements? What do you do with them?

I have a pile of them...some unopened...and others' opened.

I know we can't advertise to give them away here...but was just wondering what you all do with them?
I don't have a local support group where I could ask if anyone wants them.



I wish I could mail them to someone.

- 2 Unopened bottles- Woodland Essence Houttuynia tinctures.

- unopened - KI Immune Defense and Energy Formula - contains Astragalus, Shiitake, Olive leaf

- opened - Purica Red Reishi 'beyond stress relief' - maybe a couple capsules used...or not at all.

- opened - bottle of Green Dragon Botanicals Cat's Claw capsules - maybe a few caps missing (or none)

- Unopened - 2 bottles of Liv H17 - some kind of liver support.

- opened - L-Arginine - maybe half a bottle left (capsules)

- opened - Natural Factors Wild Pacific Salmon oil - 210 capsules - almost full bottle.

I'm sure I'll find more if I keep looking...

I'd be interested in the Houtty and Cat's Claw.

I've brought many of my expired/unwanted medications and supplements to a local Walgreens Pharmacy that has a Medication Disposal Kiosk.

Rather than tossing any non-expired supplements, it would be nice if someone else could benefit from them. I mean, if that were allowed. Which, as Girlie already disclaimed, it's not.

I do. I was thinking of waiting a bit to make sure I don’t use them, then finding a FB group OR putting them on eBay then advertising them on a group for Lymies- they will understand why I have a bottle of stuff with one dose missing and maybe be willing to trust me enough to buy an open bottle at a deep discount.

Prescriptions- like a whole bottle of precious Mepron- are much harder to part with

Are you truly sure you won't ever use Hout again? Even in remission?

I thought about it jrpsf - but it if I do take Houttuynia again..it will most likely be a year or longer before I do.
I'm committed to the protocol now with Dr. J and at this point I can't see adding anything more except a few support supplements...as the protocol has me taking a lot of stuff.

If I decide to take Houtt down the road...I'll just buy it again...I'd like someone who can use it in the short-term to benefit .


I am keeping a ton of other 'stuff'...believe me I've got so much in my cupboard. I just found my husband rooting around in there - he's somewhat of a pack rat...so I gotta act quick before he tells me not to get rid of it.


I will be giving them away...not selling them.
