I am located outside Chicago and am looking for an ILADS trained doctor preferably, but will take any recommendations.

Willing to travel anywhere in the midwest.

I will send you an email of some from our list but I don't have personal experience with them. So it would be better to get some personal recommendations.

Just keep checking back here as some members that are from those areas just might not be on right now.

This will also bump you up to the top for more views.
