110 lbs or less? What do you eat? Are you coping well? On a restricted diet? I ate whatever i wanted for 55 years , (but never gained weight, 120 lbs max weight,) before i got sick.

Yep - 95 lbs here. Before I got sick was 114 and plump. Rapidly lost weight after sudden onset of IBS-C. Got down to 87 lbs at one point while on an elimination diet. Took a couple months to get up to 89 lbs and stayed there for about 6 months even after going back to a SAD diet.

I'm trying to clean up my diet now but find it super hard.

Hi Walking, i was at the supermarket yesterday for the first time in a while and couldnt believe the aisles and aisles of junk, that I wouldnt think twice of eating, before. I must be losing my addiction to sweets, my wife made a cake today and the smell turned me off.

I think I'm quite lightweight at around 150 lbs. I'm a 6 feet male and have lost almost all body fat that I didn't have much of before either. Currently at around 7% and lost 20 lbs since lyme. I couldn't take the dieting anymore and stopped it due to weight issues and not getting benefit from it. I just try to eat lots of veggies
