straight neck

hello

I take doxy 200 (yes I know it is not enough for lyme but it was a diagnostic treatment I think, I must take in a few days another treatment by perfusion) and since doxy (no more herxs luckily...)but my neck is hard as concrete ( I know you understand what I try to say ), so my eyes squint more than before... is it an oil or plant to improve this ?

A little past 2 years post ABX, my neck muscles, are now soft and pliable (besides post workout day), it took a long time to achieve this. It used to make grinding noises that others could hear! ABX stopped the progression, but did not heal the damage on its own.

In addition to getting the critter load down, you need added circulation as stiff muscles get little circulation. Circulation brings the nutrients muscle fiber needs to remain healthy.

If your hands don't hurt , you can lightly massage your neck your self looking/feeling for tight areas. Concentrate on the tight areas. Finish with Epsom salt gel or cream (might have to order it). Do this daily. In a few months you should notice a difference, but it was very slow for me.

TMJ, also mentioned here a lot, also has to do with tight neck muscles - which reach up to your jaw/head. I seemed to have corrected that to after some lessons from a chiro.

So you've been taking doxy 200 mg per day? or twice a day?

You herxed? But didn't improve yet?

Gosh, I hope you haven't been told that you'd feel better in three weeks?

This is chronic lyme, right? i.e. not a recent tick bite?


Herxing on doxy is a sign that it's working, yes. My first herx was on day 4 of doxy at 200 mg twice daily.

When muscles are rock hard, massage needs to be extreme for effect. Try or learn trigger-point release too, which might be better, this needs to be repeated. Light massage does nothing at all with this condition. ome chiros do this with out cracking your joints.

My muscles were were MS like in the not so distant past, I know what your experiencing.
