These symptoms that you are experiencing can be from the infections. I have seen posts here before about the exact symptoms you are describing .

Many symptoms can overlap among the different infections but Bartonella seems to cause a lot of these issues for members.

I am very sorry that you have to go through this and I please understand that this is not the real you, but the infections causing it.

Please ask questions or reach out for support when ever you need to.

Are you currently treating with an Lyme literate MD or NP?

Also detoxing is very important.

I have bartonella and Lyme and I was wondering if the following are common symptoms. I really cannot stand to be around people, I have become a misanthropist, I really want people around me to pretend I don’t exist. I don’t know if this is part of my illness, I feel that it’s difficult for me to be around people because of the anxiety/rage/irritability/apathy/derealization/depersonalization, but I don’t know. i suffer from the same infections and symptoms as you plus anhedonia and a whole bunch of neurological-myoskeletical symptoms. Are you greek?
