Becoming more sensitive to things (meds, weather....)

I've been sick since 2015 and the past year I seem to be much more sensitive to some things. I can't take certain meds that I was able to take just a year ago. I also seem to crash and feel terrible in hot and humid weather which is also new. Other supplements and foods I also have trouble tolerating. I thought it might be mast cell disorder but I started treatment for that a few months ago and have noticed no changes.

I am doing Bee venom therapy right now. I tried to add LDN but I can't tolerate it even though I could last time I tried it. Any idea what is causing these new sensitivities? I feel like it is preventing me from doing any kind of treatment. I can't even take vitamin C which is necessary for BVT.

I am getting more sensitive too, mainly to the herbs. Meaning smaller doses still make me herx.

I know mold exposure and leaky gut can both cause sensitivity issues. I have mold. Not sure about leaky gut.
